- Name of design: Clover.
- Glaze Color: Cape Cod (Gloss). This is an old treatment that Handcraft Tile calls "buffed engobe". Two slip glazes are sprayed on (brown base and white topcoat). After firing, some of the glaze is buffed off exposing the brown base and the clay color beneath. This treatment gives the tile a vintage look the day it is made. For durability, a a clear glossy glaze has been applied and the tiles were fired again.
- Size of each tile: 4" x 4" and 1/2" thick.
- Mark: Each tile is stamped "handcraft tile" but hard to read.
- Approximate age: 25 years or more.
